Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Authors & Delegates
Full Registration
NZD 900
- Applicable to paper and abstract registrations.
- Includes admission to the conference programme and one conference banquet ticket.
- Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Full Registration in order to be included in the conference programme and proceedings.
- One Full Registration can cover only one paper or one abstract included in the conference proceedings. Authors with multiple accepted papers or proceedings abstracts must arrange a separate Full Registration for each additional contribution.
Students
Student Registration
NZD 600
- Available to currently enrolled students attending KSS 2026.
- Does not include the conference banquet and cannot be used to cover an accepted paper or proceedings abstract.
- If a student is an author of an accepted paper, at least one author of that paper must register at the Full Registration rate.
- A valid student ID or other proof of current enrolment must be provided for verification.
Optional
Additional Banquet Ticket
NZD 150
- Additional conference banquet tickets may be purchased for NZD 150 per person.
- Student registrants who wish to attend the banquet may purchase a banquet ticket separately.
Important — please read before registering:
- Every accepted paper or proceedings abstract must be covered by at least one Full Registration — otherwise it cannot be included in the conference programme and proceedings.
- One Full Registration covers only one paper or abstract. Each additional accepted contribution requires a separate Full Registration.
- Student Registration does not include the conference banquet and cannot be used to cover an accepted paper or proceedings abstract.
